A passenger sustained major injuries after a two-vehicle crash in Napa County on Sunday morning, September 22, 2024.
According to California Highway Patrol spokesperson Marc Renspurger, the crash occurred at 11:10 a.m. on Highway 121, south of Waters Road.
Authorities stated that Joshua W. was driving south on Highway 121 at an unknown speed when he lost control of his 2002 Acura MDX and collided with a boat being towed by a 2017 Toyota Tundra driven by Long N.
The Acura’s passenger, Cinthia S. of Modesto, was taken to Queen of the Valley Hospital after suffering serious injuries.
Officials said all parties were wearing seatbelts, and neither driver is suspected of DUI.
The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
