A 34-year-old woman identified as Victoria G. was arrested after being involved in multiple collisions near Edison High School in Fresno on Sunday afternoon, September 22, 2024.
The Fresno Police Department confirmed that the collision involved a bus and three vehicles. The suspect was driving a Chevy pickup on Walnut Avenue, south of Cesar Chavez Boulevard, when she hit a parked FAX bus boarding four passengers.
Authorities stated that the woman continued trailing Walnut Avenue, damaging one moving car and hitting two more parked vehicles. Property damage was also reported.
Police indicated that no serious injuries were reported, though two individuals on the bus complained of pain.
The incident led to the suspect’s arrest, as she was charged with hit-and-run and suspected driving under the influence.
