[09-22-2023] Motorcyclist Critically Injured After Colliding With Car on Highway 138A motorcyclist was critically injured after colliding with a car in Hesperia on Friday night, September 22, 2023.

The California Highway Patrol and the San Bernardino County Fire responded to the crash around 8:15 p.m. on State Route Highway 138, west of Summit Post Office Road.

Initial investigation indicates that the accident involved a red Toyota Yaris with major damage to its driver-side door and an unspecified motorcycle.

Upon the arrival of the emergency teams, the motorcyclist was found suffering from critical injuries and was immediately rushed to a trauma center. Medics on the scene also aided the driver of the Toyota, who sustained unspecified injuries.
