Two people were killed and another was hospitalized following a three-vehicle crash involving a truck in Tulare County on Monday morning, September 16, 2024.

The collision occurred just after midnight on Highway 43 near Avenue 56, north of Allensworth.

Two people were pronounced dead at the scene. One person was airlifted to a hospital for treatment.

Both lanes of Highway 43 were closed for the crash investigation but have since reopened.
