At least four people were hospitalized after a three-vehicle crash in San Bruno on Saturday afternoon, September 14, 2024.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident occurred on southbound Interstate 280 north of Sneath Lane at approximately 4:30 p.m.

One of the vehicles involved in the crash overturned onto its left side. The vehicle had three occupants, including an adult and two juveniles, who were transported to the hospital with “complaints of pain injuries.”

Additionally, a separate occupant from one of the other vehicles sustained a scalp injury and was also taken to a local hospital for further evaluation.
