[09-13-2026] Los Angeles County, CA – Man Killed in Hit-and-Run Crash Involving Two Vehicles in North Hills

A man was killed after being struck by two vehicles in the North Hills area of the San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles County, early Sunday morning, September 13, 2026.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the incident occurred at around 5:00 a.m. on Sepulveda Boulevard south of Parthenia Street.

Police said a black SUV and a silver pickup truck were traveling southbound on Sepulveda Boulevard when they struck the man as he was crossing the street westbound outside a crosswalk.

Both vehicles continued southbound without stopping, according to police. Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics responded to the scene and pronounced the man dead.

Authorities withheld the man’s identity pending notification of his relatives. As of Sunday afternoon, police had not located either vehicle or driver.

The LAPD is seeking the public’s help in identifying the drivers involved in the crash.
