[09-12-2026] Riverside County, CA – Pedestrian Killed After Being Struck By Vehicle in Perris

A pedestrian was killed after being struck by a vehicle in Perris early Saturday morning, September 12, 2026.

According to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, the incident was reported at around 12:30 a.m. in the area of East Ramona Expressway and Evans Road.

Responding deputies located the pedestrian and attempted life-saving measures. Despite their efforts, the pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene. 

Authorities said the driver was transported to a hospital and was listed in stable condition. No arrests had been made as of Sunday afternoon.

The cause of the incident remains under investigation.
