[09-09-2026] San Diego County, CA – Injuries Reported in Two-Vehicle Crash in Fallbrook

A two-vehicle collision caused traffic disruptions and prompted an emergency medical response in Fallbrook, San Diego County, on Wednesday afternoon, September 9, 2026.

The crash was reported around 2:26 p.m. in front of the Fallbrook Sheriff’s Substation at 388 E. Alvarado Street.

Authorities said a red sedan and a gray sedan were involved in the collision, leaving the vehicles blocking traffic lanes on East Alvarado Street.

Sheriff’s personnel responded to the scene and coordinated with the California Highway Patrol and North County Fire Protection District. 

Injuries were reported, but information about the number of people injured and the severity of their injuries was not immediately available.

North County Fire dispatched emergency personnel to provide medical assistance. Tow trucks were also requested to remove the damaged vehicles and clear the roadway.
