[09-07-2023] Orange County, CA – Juvenile Injured Following Hit-And-Run Collision on SR-241 Freeway

A juvenile was injured following a hit-and-run collision during a street takeover in Orange City last Thursday night, September 7, 2023.

Local authorities involving the Orange City Fire Department and Orange City Police Department responded to reports of the incident after a driver on Santiago Canyon Road struck a juvenile over the SR-241 Freeway at around 11:44 p.m.

When paramedics arrived, the juvenile was located down the roadway and was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
