Authorities are investigating a head-on crash that seriously injured one person in Camarillo on Thursday afternoon, September 5, 2024.

According to Ventura County Sheriff‘s Capt. Nick Odenath, the crash was reported at approximately noon on Pleasant Valley Road, just east of the intersection with Las Posas Road.

One of the parties involved was transported to Los Robles Regional Medical Center with injuries considered potentially life-threatening.

Another person with moderate injuries was also taken to a local hospital. No further information on the victims’ identities or conditions was available.
