[09-05-2023] Tulare County, CA – Pedestrian Man Killed Following Car Collision on Gemini Street

A pedestrian man was killed after being struck by a car in Tulare on Tuesday morning, September 5, 2023.

According to the Tulare Police Department, the incident occurred on Inyo Avenue and Gemini Street just before 7:00 a.m.
