Two people were critically injured in a rollover crash involving a propane truck on Friant Avenue in Fresno County on Tuesday afternoon, September 2, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 5:00 p.m. when a sedan pulling out from a nearby winery failed to see an approaching propane truck and entered its path. The collision caused the propane truck to overturn and begin leaking fuel, while the sedan veered onto the east shoulder.
The two occupants of the sedan, a woman and a man, sustained major injuries. One was flown by air ambulance to a hospital, and the other was transported by ground ambulance. The driver of the propane truck escaped with minor injuries.
Authorities confirmed that alcohol does not appear to have been a factor in the crash. Officials continue to investigate the incident.

What A Lawyer Can Do For You
Many victims put off calling a lawyer even if they sustain injuries after an accident. However, lawyers can help you in many ways. They can provide you with police reports, CCTV footage, and witness statements to strengthen your case. Your attorney will also negotiate with insurance companies to get you fair compensation. The best part is that they will do all of these things for you at no upfront cost. So if you’re injured in an accident, hire a personal injury attorney to recover medical bills, car repair costs, lost wages, and pain and suffering.
