Four people were injured in a two-vehicle collision in Mead Valley, Riverside County, on Thursday afternoon, August 28, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 3:45 p.m. at the intersection of Cole Avenue and Markham Street, involving a Honda Pilot and a Ford Mustang. The exact circumstances of the collision have not been released.
Riverside County Fire Department personnel reported that all occupants had self-extricated from their vehicles. Three victims sustained moderate injuries, while one suffered minor injuries. All were transported to a regional trauma center in stable condition. Neither vehicle was drivable following the crash.
Authorities continue to investigate the incident.
