Two people were injured and airlifted to a trauma center following a rollover crash on Interstate 15 near Harvard Road in San Bernardino County on Monday afternoon, August 17, 2026.
According to California Highway Patrol incident logs, the collision was reported around 1:39 p.m. near mile marker 98-99 along northbound I-15.
Initial reports indicated that a vehicle overturned and two occupants were ejected. A REACH helicopter and a Mercy Air helicopter responded, and both injured occupants were airlifted to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center. Their conditions were not immediately available.
CHP logs initially identified the vehicle as a Lexus and indicated that it had been traveling northbound before coming to rest on the southbound side of the freeway. A witness reported seeing a semi-truck driver move left to avoid the smaller vehicle. The truck was identified in the logs as being operated by Allied Van Lines Inc.
The circumstances leading to the rollover remain under investigation.
