[08-09-2024] Riverside County, CA – One Person Killed, Another Injured After ATV Rollover Crash in Woodcrest

One person was killed, while another was injured after an ATV rollover crash in Woodcrest, Riverside County, on Friday evening, August 9, 2024.

According to the Riverside County Fire Department, the incident occurred around 8:20 p.m. in the 16400 block of Mariposa Avenue.

Upon arrival, paramedics pronounced one individual dead at the scene, while another was transported by ambulance to a nearby hospital for treatment of moderate injuries. It is still unclear if the deceased was the driver of the vehicle or a passenger. Neither of the two were identified.

No further details were released, and authorities are gathering all the necessary information to determine the factors leading to the crash. 

The CHP’s Inland Division is investigating the accident.
