Minor injuries were reported following a two-vehicle crash in Elk Grove on Monday night, August 5, 2024.

According to the Elk Grove Police Department, the accident occurred around 10:40 p.m. at Laguna Boulevard and Bruceville Road. 

The radio transmission from Elk Grove police indicates initial reports of a vehicle overturned. Emergency crews arrived at the scene, and as of 10:45 p.m., the crash was reportedly blocking at least one lane. 

Dispatch scanners confirmed that at least one person sustained minor injuries in the incident. The name, age, and gender of that person were not immediately available.

Drivers are advised to use caution in the area as crews respond to the crash reports. Further details regarding the cause of the accident are still under investigation.
