[07-30-2026] Solano County, CA – Pedestrian Killed, One Injured in Crash in Vallejo.webpA woman was killed, and another person was injured in a crash in North Vallejo on Thursday afternoon, July 30, 2026.

According to the Vallejo Police Department, the incident occurred around 1:12 p.m. near the intersection of Broadway Street and Mahogany Drive. 

Investigators said a vehicle traveling westbound on Tuolumne Street entered the intersection at Broadway Street, continued toward Mahogany Drive, left the roadway, and struck multiple parked vehicles and a pedestrian.

The pedestrian was transported to a local hospital, where she later died from her injuries. Her identity has not been released pending notification of next of kin. A second person, who was inside a legally parked vehicle, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to a hospital for evaluation. 

The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators. Authorities said alcohol and controlled substances do not appear to have been factors in the collision. 

The investigation remains ongoing.
