[07-26-2026] Los Angeles County, CA – Two Injured in Hit-and-Run Crash During Street Takeover in North Hills

Two people were seriously injured after being struck by a vehicle during a reported street takeover event in North Hills, Los Angeles County, on Sunday evening, July 26, 2026.

According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, officers responded to the incident at around 5:55 p.m. at the intersection of Plummer Street and Haskell Avenue.

Authorities said a black sedan struck two pedestrians during the event. One victim suffered severe injuries, while the other sustained serious injuries. Both victims were transported to a hospital for treatment.

The Los Angeles Police Department reported that the driver involved fled the scene after the collision. No additional information about the driver or the vehicle has been released.
