[07-26-2026] Los Angeles County, CA – Bicyclist Hospitalized After Collision With SUV in Rowland Heights

A bicyclist was hospitalized after being struck by an SUV in Rowland Heights, Los Angeles County, on Sunday night, July 26, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 10:45 p.m. at the intersection of Colima Road and Batson Avenue. 

Officers reported that the cyclist was awake and breathing when they arrived and was transported to Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center with a major leg injury.

The driver of the SUV remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities.

The investigation remains ongoing.
