[07-26-2025] Driver Flees Scene After Two-Vehicle Hit-and-Run Crash on East Fallbrook StreetA driver fled the scene after a two-vehicle hit-and-run crash in Fallbrook, San Diego County on Saturday morning, July 26, 2025.

According to the California Highway Patrol, deputies, and fire personnel, the collision happened at approximately 9:32 a.m. on East Fallbrook Street near South Stagecoach Lane.

A gray Tesla was rear-ended by a blue Chevrolet Silverado that was occupied by four people. After the crash, the Silverado’s driver fled on foot heading westbound, leaving behind three passengers at the scene.

Both vehicles came to rest on the right-hand shoulder. One driver reported no injuries, and although no injuries were confirmed, fire crews responded as a precaution.

No additional information about the suspect or the circumstances of the hit-and-run has been released.

Authorities continue to investigate the crash.
