A possible minor injury was reported following a multi-vehicle collision in West Sacramento on Wednesday morning, July 17, 2024.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash happened around 5:59 a.m. on eastbound I-80 near the off-ramp for Reed Avenue.
Authorities stated that at least two vehicles were involved in the crash, but the total number of people involved remains unknown. There is no available information on the make and model of the cars, and on how the collision occurred.
CHP reported a possible minor injury following the incident. As of this writing, the name, age, and gender of the possibly injured individual have not been disclosed.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation. Witnesses are encouraged to come forward and contact the responding officials.
