[07-15-2026] San Bernardino County, CA – One Dead in Multi-Vehicle Crash in Montclair

One person was killed in a multi-vehicle crash at an intersection in Montclair on Wednesday morning, July 15, 2026.

According to the Montclair Police Department, the collision occurred just before 10:30 a.m. at Monte Vista Avenue and Moreno Street. 

Authorities reported that evidence markers were placed around four vehicles, at least three of which sustained heavy damage. 

Additional injuries, if any, have not been disclosed, and it is unknown whether the fatality occurred at the scene or at a hospital.

The Montclair Police Department’s Major Accident Investigation Team responded to the scene and is handling the investigation.
