[07-11-2025] Two-Vehicle Crash Shuts Down Highway 70 Near Boyer RoadA crash involving at least two vehicles prompted a full closure of Highway 70 near Boyer Road in Yuba County on Friday afternoon, July 11, 2025.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision was reported around 3:20 p.m. on Highway 70 near Boyer Road, north of Marysville.

CHP logs indicated that both directions of the highway were shut down as of 3:53 p.m., with Caltrans cameras showing emergency vehicles blocking the roadway.

Medics were requested to the scene, although it remains unclear if any injuries were reported.

Motorists were advised to expect delays and use alternate routes. The crash remains under investigation.
