An 11-year-old Apple Valley girl was killed, and five others were injured in a multi-vehicle rollover crash on Interstate 15 near Glen Helen Parkway in Fontana on Sunday evening, July 6, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 6:49 p.m. when a white Ford Expedition traveling northbound in the No. 2 lane veered left, struck the center median, and overturned into the southbound lanes.
Authorities confirmed that six people were inside the Ford. The 11-year-old passenger was pronounced dead at the scene. The other five occupants were transported to a nearby hospital with minor injuries.
Two additional vehicles, a white Tesla Model 3 and a black Maserati Grecale, were also involved. No injuries were reported from either vehicle.
CHP is investigating the cause of the crash.
