Five people were injured following a two-vehicle head-on collision near Lockeford, San Joaquin County, on Wednesday afternoon, July 3, 2024.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the traffic incident happened around 3:00 p.m. along Highway 88 between East Kettleman Lane and Harney Lane.
The circumstances surrounding the crash remain unclear, but it was reported that five people got hurt. Four of them were transported to a nearby hospital via a ground ambulance, while the fifth victim was airlifted. The current conditions of the victims and their respective identities weren’t immediately available.
