[06-25-2024] Woman Injured After Scooter Vs. Vehicle Collision in Turlock A woman was injured after a scooter vs. vehicle collision in Turlock on Tuesday afternoon, June 25, 2024. 

According to the Turlock Police Department, the traffic collision happened at about 2:54 p.m. at Twentieth Century Boulevard and Geer Road.

Authorities stated that a woman, whose name and age were not disclosed, was struck by a white Saturn sedan along the road. It was reported that the victim was riding on an electric mobility scooter when the accident happened. The woman sustained minor injuries, but her condition was not immediately provided.

Whether the driver fled the scene or cooperated with the authorities is unknown. As of now, the circumstances surrounding the collision are unclear. Speeding, drugs, and alcohol are being investigated as possible factors in the incident. 

Further details on the crash have yet to be released by the police.
