According to the Clovis Police Department, the traffic crash happened at Barstow Avenue and Villa Avenue intersect.

The incident involved an SUV and a pool service pickup truck. Photos taken from the crash site show the SUV with significant front-end damage while the pickup truck was flipped on its side. It is still unknown how the pickup rolled over.

The driver of the flipped vehicle suffered minor injuries in the crash and was transported to a local hospital for treatment. The condition of the other driver involved has not been released. None of the parties affected by the accident have been identified yet.

CPD said chlorine and muriatic acid were spilled on the road, and street sweepers were called to clean up the pool chemicals.
