At least one person was injured following a two-vehicle collision in Modesto on Thursday afternoon, June 20, 2024.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the traffic accident occurred around 4:40 p.m. along Carpenter Road near Maze Boulevard.

When they arrived, CHP officers discovered two vehicles blocking the roadway, one of which had overturned. How the crash happened and how many people were involved is still unknown.

It is said that at least one person was injured. That person’s injuries remain unclear, including their name, age, and gender.

CHP is warning other motorists of heavy traffic around Carpenter Road and Maze Boulevard as the investigation and clean-up efforts ensued.
