[06-16-2026] Santa Barbara County, CA – Driver and Motorcyclist Injured in Crash on West Cabrillo Blvd.

A driver and a motorcyclist were injured following a traffic collision in Santa Barbara on Tuesday evening, June 16, 2026.

According to the Santa Barbara Police Department, the crash was reported at around 9:18 p.m. in the 200 block of West Cabrillo Boulevard.

Authorities reported that both the motorcyclist and the driver of the passenger vehicle were transported to Cottage Hospital for medical treatment. The extent of their injuries has not been released.

It is not yet known whether impairment played a role in the collision. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
