According to authorities, the collision occurred just after 7:30 a.m. on the northbound side of Highway 99 near the Panama Lane exit. 

The crash resulted in the blockage of lanes 2 and 3, impacting traffic flow through the area. Officials have not yet confirmed whether any injuries occurred as a result of the crash.

Motorists were advised to use alternate routes to avoid congestion. The incident remains under investigation.
