One person was hospitalized following a multi-vehicle crash that required an extrication in Valencia, Los Angeles County, on Thursday afternoon, June 12, 2025.
According to the Los Angeles County Fire Department, the collision occurred around 12:08 p.m. near the intersection of McBean Parkway and Valencia Boulevard. Emergency crews arrived moments after receiving the report of an expanded traffic collision.
Deputies from the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station also responded to the scene. A white van was found lying on its side along McBean Parkway, facing the opposite direction of traffic.
Fire personnel extricated one individual from the vehicle, which had significant damage, including a cut-off windshield and a partially removed roof.
That person was transported to a local hospital via ambulance in unknown condition, according to fire department officials.
The cause of the crash is currently under investigation by the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.
