[06-05-2024] One Person Injured After Two-Vehicle Pin-In Collision in TurlockOne person was injured after a two-vehicle pin-in collision in Turlock on Wednesday afternoon, June 5, 2024.

According to the Turlock Police Department, the traffic incident happened at about 1:41 p.m. at South Golden State Boulevard and East Main Street.

TPD arrived at the scene with the Turlock Fire Department and the Americal Medical Response. Upon arrival, they found two vehicles with apparent crash damage in their front-ends. One car even had its windshield caved in as a result.

A person is said to have been pinned inside one of the vehicles. The victim then complained of shoulder pain during and after they were extricated. Further information about the victim’s name, age, and gender was not available at this time.

The total number of people involved in the accident was not disclosed.

As a precaution, the No. 2 lane on southbound Golden State Boulevard and the Main Street turn lane onto the roadway were blocked at the intersection.
