Two people were injured following a motorcycle vs. vehicle collision in Palmdale on Monday evening, June 3, 2024.
According to the Palmdale Sheriff’s Station, the crash happened at about 11:55 p.m. in the area of Sierra Highway and Avenue R-8, north of Avenue S.
Police said that the collision involved a Harley Davidson Trike and an older model of Toyota Corolla. The rider of the Harley and the driver of the Corolla sustained serious injuries and were taken to the Antelope Valley Hospital in critical condition. Details on the victims’ identities, including name, age, and place of origin, were not disclosed.
At this time, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. It is unknown whether drugs, alcohol, or speeding played a role. No other injuries were reported.
Additional information regarding the crash has yet to be released by the authorities. Investigations are ongoing.
