Two individuals were critically injured when a pickup truck crashed into a tree in the Granada Hills area of Los Angeles on Saturday afternoon, May 24, 2025.
According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, the collision occurred at approximately 2:26 p.m. at 13470 N. Sepulveda Blvd. at San Fernando Road.
A male and a female occupant, whose ages were not disclosed, were trapped inside the vehicle. Firefighters used hydraulic tools to extricate both victims from the wreckage.
Emergency responders transported the two victims by ambulance to a hospital. They were reported to be in critical condition.
Authorities have not yet determined the cause of the crash. The investigation is ongoing.
