According to dispatcher radio communications, the incident occurred around 11:50 a.m. on northbound Highway 99 just north of 12th Avenue. 

Emergency medical services responded to the scene and transported the injured woman to a nearby hospital for treatment.

The cause of the crash remains unclear. The incident is under investigation by local authorities.
