[05-21-2025] Multi-Vehicle Crash Causes Major Delays on I-680 Near Sycamore Valley Road in San RamonA crash involving at least four vehicles led to significant traffic delays and multiple lane closures on northbound Interstate 680 in San Ramon on Wednesday morning, May 21, 2025.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision occurred at approximately 8:33 a.m. between Crow Canyon Road and Sycamore Valley Road. 

Debris was scattered across the freeway, prompting the closure of three out of four northbound lanes. The lanes remained blocked until approximately 9:26 a.m.

One individual declined medical treatment at the scene. The extent of other injuries remains unknown at this time.

The crash remains under investigation.
