[05-16-2026] Los Angeles County, CA – 21-Year-Old Man Killed in Two-Vehicle Crash in Diamond Bar.webpA 21-year-old man was killed following a two-vehicle crash in Diamond Bar early Saturday morning, May 16, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision was reported around 1:48 a.m. on the transition road from the northbound Orange (57) Freeway to the eastbound Pomona (60) Freeway.

Authorities stated that the crash involved a white Chevrolet Tahoe SUV and a black Honda Civic sedan. Following the collision, the SUV reportedly struck the center divider. Officials said it was initially unclear where the Honda Civic came to rest after the impact.

One person was pronounced dead at the scene and was later identified by the Medical Examiner’s office as 21-year-old Jose G. His city of residence was not immediately available.

Authorities continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
