[05-09-2026] San Bernardino County, CA – Three Killed, Several Others Injured in Head-On Crash in Pinon Hills

Three people were killed, and several others were injured following a head-on collision in Pinon Hills, San Bernardino County, on Saturday night, May 9, 2026.

According to authorities, the crash was reported around 7:50 p.m. on Palmdale Road near Minero Road.

Officials stated that a silver 2006 Honda Odyssey minivan traveling eastbound collided head-on with a 2025 Jeep Wrangler Sport traveling westbound.

San Bernardino County Fire personnel responded to the scene and confirmed that three occupants of the Honda Odyssey were pronounced dead at the scene. Two additional occupants from the minivan sustained critical injuries and were airlifted to Loma Linda University Medical Center.

The driver of the Jeep Wrangler suffered minor injuries and was transported by ambulance for treatment.

Authorities continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
