A woman was hospitalized after being trapped inside a vehicle following a two-vehicle crash on Seventh Street near Mojave Drive in Victorville on Friday morning, May 9, 2025.
According to reports, the collision occurred at approximately 9:28 a.m. near the entrance to the old Gold Liquor store. The crash involved a white Scion xB and a maroon Dodge Ram pickup truck.
Authorities said the female passenger in the Scion was pinned by her leg and had to be extricated by firefighters from the Victorville Fire Department. She was transported by ground ambulance to a local hospital for treatment.
The male driver of the Scion and the driver of the Dodge Ram did not appear to sustain serious injuries. Southbound lanes of Seventh Street were temporarily closed while emergency crews cleared the scene. Two tow trucks arrived around 10:00 a.m. to remove the damaged vehicles.
San Bernardino County Fire and the Victorville Police Department responded to the scene. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
