Two men were injured, one critically, following a rollover crash on Village Drive just east of Air Expressway in Victorville on Thursday afternoon, May 8, 2025.
According to authorities, the crash occurred at approximately 3:31 p.m. when a silver Dodge Durango SUV lost control while navigating a curve and overturned multiple times before coming to rest on a dirt berm.
Emergency responders, including AMR, Victorville Police Department, and firefighters from San Bernardino County Fire and Victorville City Fire, arrived to find both occupants trapped inside the vehicle. Crews used the jaws of life to extricate the victims.
One man was airlifted to a trauma center by Reach Helicopter with serious injuries. The second occupant, who sustained less critical injuries, was transported by ground ambulance to a local hospital.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation by the Victorville Police Department.
