[05-07-2024] Two People Hospitalized Following Two-Vehicle Collision in Carmichael Two people were hospitalized following a two-vehicle collision in Carmichael, Sacramento County, on Tuesday morning, May 7, 2024. 

According to the responding officials, the collision happened around 9:59 a.m. at Manzanita Avenue and Fair Oaks Boulevard. 

Authorities stated that a man suffered head pain after the crash, and a woman in the other vehicle complained of back and ankle pain. Both victims were taken to a hospital for immediate medical assessment. The extent of their injuries remains unknown. 

It is unclear whether speed, drugs, or alcohol contributed to the crash. Anyone with information regarding the incident is urged to contact the police.
