Two people were killed after the sedan they were traveling in crashed into a parked semi-truck in Sun Valley, Los Angeles, early Thursday morning, May 1, 2025.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the collision occurred at approximately 12:31 a.m. in the 13300 block of West Roscoe Boulevard near Glenoaks Boulevard, north of the Golden State (5) Freeway.
Officers arrived to find the sedan had slammed into the parked truck, with both occupants trapped inside.
Los Angeles Fire Department personnel responded and pronounced both victims dead at the scene. Their names, ages, and genders have not yet been released.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
