[04-29-2026] Riverside County, CA – Driver Makes Illegal U-Turn, Causing Collision and Overturn on Ortega Highway

A driver on the Ortega Highway, just west of Grand Avenue in Temecula, made an illegal U-turn and was struck, causing the vehicle to overturn early Wednesday morning, April 29, 2026.
