[04-28-2026] Yolo County, CA – Driver Killed, Passenger Injured After Crash on Highway 113 in Woodland.webpA driver was killed, and a passenger was injured following a crash on Highway 113 in Woodland, Yolo County, on Tuesday morning, April 28, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash was reported at around 9:25 a.m. near East Main Street.

Authorities said a Toyota traveling northbound attempted to pass another vehicle by using the center median but lost control, veered into the southbound lanes, and crashed into a tree.

The force of the impact ejected the driver, who was not wearing a seatbelt. A passenger, who was wearing a seatbelt, sustained minor injuries.

The driver’s identity has not been released.
