[04-26-2026] Santa Barbara County, CA – Two Injured in Rollover Crash on Highway 101 Near Las Positas Rd.

Two people were injured after a rollover crash involving two vehicles on Highway 101 in Santa Barbara on Sunday afternoon, April 26, 2026.

According to the Santa Barbara City Fire Department, officers were dispatched at around 4:45 p.m. on southbound Highway 101 near the Las Positas Road exit.

Authorities stated that the collision involved a gray sedan and a white Toyota Tacoma. The Tacoma rolled onto its side and came to rest against an embankment along the right edge of the highway. Two occupants were able to exit the vehicle.

Both individuals from Tacoma were transported to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital with moderate injuries.

The investigation remains ongoing.
