[04-23-2025] One Person Sustained Serious Injuries in Two-Vehicle Head-On Crash on Highway 32 Near Gianella BridgeOne person was seriously injured in a head-on collision involving two vehicles on Highway 32 near the Gianella Bridge in Hamilton City, Glenn County, on Wednesday afternoon, April 23, 2025.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash was reported at approximately 2:52 p.m. on Highway 32, east of the bridge. 

Officers arrived to find a black pickup truck lying on its side and a gold sedan blocking the roadway. The driver of the pickup truck was uninjured. The driver of the gold sedan sustained major injuries and was transported to Enloe Health for medical treatment.

The CHP is investigating the cause of the crash.
