[04-17-2026] Contra Costa County, CA – Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-680 in Pleasant Hill

A multi-vehicle crash occurred in Pleasant Hill, Contra Costa County, early Friday morning, April 17, 2026.

The crash was reported just after 1:00 a.m. on Interstate 680 north near the Treat Boulevard exit.

Authorities confirmed that ambulances were on scene, but there is no word yet on the extent of injuries. 

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
