[04-12-2026] Santa Clara County, CA – Motorcyclist Injured In Crash Involving Vehicle in Gilroy

A motorcyclist was injured in a crash involving another vehicle in Gilroy, early on Sunday morning, April 12, 2026.

According to the Gilroy Police Department, officers responded just before 2 a.m. to Monterey Road between Masten Avenue and Day Road.

Authorities stated that the motorcyclist was injured and transported to a Bay Area hospital for treatment. The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene.

Police indicate that speed, alcohol, or drugs are not believed to have been contributing factors.

The incident remains under investigation.
