[04-12-2026] Los Angeles County, CA – Two Pedestrians Killed After Being Struck By Suspected Drunk Driver in North Hollywood (1).webpA man and a woman were killed after being struck by a suspected drunk driver in North Hollywood, Los Angeles, early Sunday morning, April 12, 2026.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the crash occurred around 2:25 a.m. on Colfax Avenue. 

Investigators report that a 31-year-old man, identified as Vidal C. of Pacoima, was driving a gray Acura northbound when he struck two pedestrians who had just exited a parked Toyota Camry. The male victim, in his 30s, was pronounced dead at the scene, while the female victim, in her 50s, later died at a hospital.

Police say the driver continued traveling after the initial collision, striking the parked Camry before crashing into several unoccupied vehicles and a home. Three individuals inside the parked Camry sustained minor injuries.

The suspect was taken into custody and booked on two counts of murder, with bail set at $4 million. Authorities continue to investigate the crash.
