[04-09-2026] Riverside County, CA – Two Injured in Three-Vehicle Collision at Moreno Valley Intersection

Two people were injured in a three-vehicle crash at a busy intersection in Moreno Valley on Thursday morning, April 9, 2026.

According to the Riverside County Fire Department, the crash was reported at around 11:05 a.m. at the intersection of Campus Parkway and Day Street, just south of the Moreno Valley (60) Freeway. 

Emergency crews arrived to find the vehicles with substantial damage, partially blocking the intersection. 

Two motorists sustained minor to moderate injuries and were taken to Riverside University Medical Center for treatment. A third person at the scene declined medical attention.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
